⅔ cup cream
¾ cup sugar
1 tbsp butter
1 tsp vanilla
1 cup semi-sweet chocolate chips (heaping cup)
2 cups corn flakes
1¼ cups shredded sweetened coconut
Directions:
Directions:
In heavy saucepan combine cream, sugar and butter. Cook and stir over medium heat until mixture boils and is bubbly all over top. Boil and stir 3 minutes more. Remove from heat and add vanilla and chips stirring until smooth. Mix in res of the ingredients. Drop in small mounds on wax/parchment paper and put in the freezer.
