1 lb. margarine
1 cup brown sugar
1 cup white sugar
5 cups flour
3 eggs
1 tsp. baking soda
1 tsp. vanilla
1-8oz. candid cherries
½ -1 cup chopped walnuts
Directions:
Directions:
Cream margarine, eggs, and sugar until creamy.
Add flour and remaining ingredients. Slice cherries and fold into dough add nuts.

Wrap into wax paper and form a log, chill in refrigerator or freezer and then slice and Bake 350º for 8-10 minutes.
