2 1/2 c. warm water (grandma used part milk)
2 pkg. yeast, quick rise
1 box yellow cake mix
1 c. all purpose flour
3 eggs
1/3 c. oil
1 tsp. salt
5 1/2 c. flour (enough to knead)
Soft margarine
Sugar
Cinnamon

Directions:
Directions:
1. Dissolve yeast in 1/2 c. warm water for 5 minutes
2. Add cake mix, 1 c. flour, eggs, oil and salt
3. Beat until bubbly
4. Slowly add the 5 1/2 c. flour until it becomes a soft dough
5. Knead 5 minutes
6. Let rise double, punch down
7. Let rise again until double, about 1 hour
8. Pinch off a ball sized dough to fit in pie pan (makes about 5-6)
9. Roll out to about 1/4 inch thick
10. Spread with margarine and cinnamon
11. Roll out into a jelly roll and stretch
12. Cut about 1" thick
13. Put cinnamon and sugar on top
14. Place on greased pan
15. Allow to rise to double
16. Bake at 350º for 20 minutes
