2-3 slices of bacon
3 medium potatoes, peeled and cubed
2 medium carrots, diced
1 tsp. salt
1/2 tsp. pepper
1 c. water
1 can cream of mushroom soup
2 Tbsp. flour
2 c. milk

Directions:
Directions:
1. Fry bacon until crisp; drain on paper towel
2. To bacon drippings, add: potatoes, celery, carrots, onions, salt, pepper and water.
3. Cook covered fo about 15 minutes or until vegetables are tender
4. Add cream of mushroom soup
5. Combine flour with a small amount of milk until smooth
6. Add flour/milk mixture to potatoes and vegetables along with the remaining milk
7. Cook over medium heat until mixture boils
8. Garnish with crumbled bacon
