1 lb. veal (both pork and veal coarsely ground)
1 tbsp. marjoram
3 garlic cloves
3 tbsp. salt
1 tsp pepper
½ tsp ground allspice

Mix thoroughly and stuff into casing.

Once stuffed sausage can be cooked immediately or froze. If freezing wrap sausage in freezer paper, then place wrapped sausage in plastic freezer bags, can be frozen up to 6 months.
