1 lb lard
1 cup orange juice
3 Tbs cinnamon
¾ cup sugar
Pinch of salt
Anise extract to taste (½- 1tsp)
6-7 cups flour

Directions:
Beat lard until fluffy. Add remaining ingredients in order. Use a cookie press. Bake at 350 degrees. Dip in Cinnamon and sugar.
