2 cups sugar
1/2 cup milk
1/2 cup unsalted butter
1/4 cup cocoa
3 cups oats
1 cup creamy peanut butter
1 Tbsp. vanilla extract

Directions:
Directions:
In a large pot add sugar, milk, butter & cocoa powder. Slowly bring to a boil while whisking. Once at a boil allow to boil for one minute. remove from heat. Add the oats, peanut butter, vanilla and salt if choose. - stir to combine.

Drop teaspoonfuls of mixture onto wax paper and let sit at room temperature about 30 minutes. Refrigerate in an airtight container.
