Cake:

1 package Betty Crocker white cake mix
1 1/4 c. water
3 whole eggs



Icing:

1 1/2 c. Karo syrup
2 egg whites (beaten stiff until peaks form)
1 t. vanilla
1 1/2 - 2 c. fresh grated coconut
Directions:
Directions:
Mix & bake cake as directed. Use 9x13 pan.
Icing : Bring Karo syrup to a boil. Slowly add beaten egg whites to syrup. Add vanilla. Beat until peaks form. Frost cake. Sprinkle fresh coconut over icing.
