This makes more than enough for a salad for 4 to 6 people. I usually
use 1/2 cup mayo and a generous teaspoon of vinegar and sugar.
You may have to play with this...taste as you go. Just keep sugar and
vinegar in equal portions.
This is the best dressing for ripe sliced tomatoes. Put it on a little
before time to serve.

Grandma Webster was your great great grandmother. She was Grandpa Miller's
mother. She was widowed at a fairly young age and married Horace Webster in
her mid- seventies.
They were the cutest couple; a living history book! I am so happy I got to meet
them and see them quite often. They lived in Napa near your great grandparents.
This was probably the pre-bottled dressing everyone used in the early 1900s.
