Ingredients:
Ingredients:
3 Cups all-purpose flour
1 Tbsp Baking powder
1 Tbsp Baking soda
1 Tbsp Ground cinnamon
1 tsp. Salt
1½ Cups butter at room temperature (3 sticks)
1½ Cups granulated sugar
1½ Cups packed light brown sugar
3 Eggs
1 Tbsp Vanilla
3 Cups Milk chocolate chips
3 Cups old-fashioned rolled oats (ground fine in mini chopper or blender)
2 Cups Unsweetened flake coconut (ground find in mini chopper or blender)
2 Cups chopped pecans (8 oz.)

Mix flour, baking powder, baking soda, cinnamon and salt in bowl and set aside. In a very large bowl, beat butter with an electric mixer at medium speed until smooth and creamy. Gradually beat in sugars, and combine thoroughly. Add eggs one at a time, beating after each. Beat in vanilla. Stir in flour mixture until just combined. Stir in chocolate chips, oats, coconut and pecans. Drop onto ungreased baking sheets, spacing 3" apart and bake at 350ºF. until done - 15-17 minutes if frozen - depending how big you make them.

NOTES: This is a combination of a couple of my favorite recipes over the years and are the cookies I usually have on hand or in the freezer to bake). This recipe makes a lot of cookies! I usually roll them into balls and put in the freezer for 30 minutes or so. I then place into freezer bags and bake them as I need them.
