1 1/4 raw rice

1 can mushroom soup

1 can cream of chicken soup

1/4 cup melted butter

1/4 cup sherry

6 boneless,skinless chicken breasts

1/2 cup slivered almonds

1/3 parmesan cheese

Directions:

Heat oven to 350º

LIghtly butter a 9X13 baking dish

Sprinkle rice over the bottom

In a bowl, combine soups, butter and sherry.

Spread 1 1/2 cups of soup mixture over the rice.

Place chicken on top of soup mix.

Spread remaining soup mixture over chicken.

Bake covered for 1 hour. Uncover and bake until internal temperature of chicken is 165º.

Sprinkle with almonds and parmesan cheese.
