2 Cups Flour
3/4 Cup Shortening
2 Tablespoons Cold Water
Big Pinch of Salt

Directions:
Directions:
Combine flour and shortening with a pastry cutter or fork until well blended. It will look like little pebbles and crumbly.
Once it is well combined, add the water and mix with your hands. Be careful not to knead it too much as that will make it tough.
Roll out between 2 pieces of wax paper to make it easier to lift into the pan.

Bake at 375º until apples (or other filling) are done.

This will make a small 2 crust pie or a bottom only large, deep dish pie.
