11/2 lb top round steak
11/2 tbsp. coarse ground pepper
8 parsley leaves
2 cloves garlic minced
2 tbsp grated parmesan
1 lb bacon chopped
1/2 loaf italian bread hardend and soaked
3 tbsp. olive oil
3 tbsp. butter
2 cans tomato sauce (8 oz)

Cut steak into 4 to 6 pieces. Pound the steak thinly to about 1/4 inch thich and rub with pepper. Mix the parsley, garlic, cheese, and diced bacon. Add the bread after squeezing dry. Mix well. Spread bread mixture evenly on meat. Roll up meat and tie with string. In a large skillet heat oil and butter. Brown meat for about 10 mintues. Add tomato sauce, cover and cook on med/low heat for 45 minutes. Uncover and simmer another 10 minutes.
