10-15 8in tortilla shells
2 Lbs. ground beef
1 can cream mushroom
8 oz sour cream
1 can cream celery
1 can cream chicken
2 4oz cans diced chili peppers
1 can evaporated milk
3 cups shredded cheese
1 tsp salt
1 tsp pepper
1 tsp cumin
1 tbs minced garlic
1tbs chili powder
1 tbs chipotle paste

cook ground beef and drain, mix cream of mushroom, cream of chicken, cream of celery, chillis, sour cream, evaporated milk, salt, pepper, cumin ,garlic, chili Powder, and chipotle paste in a bowl add cream mixture, beef and cheese to each tortilla roll and place into pan repeat until all tortilla are used, top with remaining cream mixer and more cheese cook until cheese is bubbly and melted.
