¾ Pound of Pork
1 Egg
½ Cup Italian Breadcrumbs
Salt and Pepper as desired

1 Cup of Flour

1 Can of Mushroom soup for Baking
Directions:
Directions:
Shape Meatballs

Roll Meatballs in Seperate Bowl of Flour

Brown Meatballs in Oil and Butter

Add Meatballs to Mushroom Soup

Bake at 325º for 1½ Hours
