1 large pumpernickel round bread
1-8 oz. cream cheese, softened
1/4 c. sour cream
1/4 c. mayo
1 pkg. corn beef, Buddig brand
green onions, chopped
dill weed
garlic powder
pepper
shredded cheddar cheese

Directions:
Directions:
Mix cream cheese, sour cream, mayo, chopped corn beef, green onions and a sprinkle of dill weed, garlic powder and pepper in a large bowl. Shape the mixture into a ball and roll into shredded cheese. Wrap cheese ball in Saran wrap and put in refrigerator for 1-2 hours to firm up.
