4 oz chocolate chips
%4 cup butter, softened
1 cup sugar
2 eggs
1 tablespoon vanilla
2 cups flour
½ cup cocoa
1 teaspoon baking powder
½ teaspoon baking soda
½ teaspoon salt
3 large Caramilk bars

Directions:
Directions:
In bowl over saucepan of hot (not boiling) water, melt chopped chocolate, stirring occasionally; let cool. Beat butter with sugar until fluffy, beat in eggs, one at a time. Add vanilla and melted chocolate. Add in dry ingredients, refrigerate for 30 minutes or until firm enough to shape. Break each chocolate bar into pieces. Roll dough by heaping tablespoonfuls into balls; flatten and place piece of chocolate in center. Seal dough around chocolate. Place, seam side down, on parchment paper-lined baking sheet.
Bake at 350° for 8 -10 minutes.
