Old griddle with turn dial (electric fry pan)
oleo/margarine spread/butter
Kraft American cheese slices or store brand
sliced Vienna bread

Directions:
Instructions: Wait til grandkids have exhausted other food items such as Pecan Sandies cookies, Oreos, Windmill cookies, Goldfish crackers. Warm griddle. Spread margarine onto bread. When griddle is warm & grandkids are talking way too loud, place cheese slice between bread to make sandwich.

**Be sure to ask each child periodically about the level of crisp forming on the bread, as they each have particular preferences.

Serve with a glass of milk, preferably. 7Up is also a good stand-in.
