5 cups of flour
1/2 cup water
2 cups milk
3 Tbsp butter
1 1/2 tsp yeast
3 Tbsp sugar
2 tsp salt

Directions:
Directions:
Mix 1/2 cup water and 1 Tbsp sugar. Heat in microwave 20 seconds. Add yeast and let sit for 15 minutes.
Warm milk and butter. Add 3 cups flour to a big bowl, 2 Tbsp sugar, salt.
Add yeast and mix till smooth. Add one more cup of flour. Mix. Add last cup of flour. Mix.
Need for 10 minutes. Let rise for 1 hour.
Punch down, need for a few more minutes. Let rest for 10 minutes. Put in greased pan, let rise for 2 hrs.
Bake at 350 for 30 to 40 minutes
