2 C flour
3t b powder
1/4 oil
1/4 sugar
1/2 C milk
1 egg
1t lemon extract

Frosting
1 stick butter
1/2 t lemon extract
2 C p sugar

Directions:
Directions:
Mix flour and b powder and set aside. Mix oil and sugar together and add milk, egg, and lemon extract. Slowly add flour. Roll into 1" balls and flatten with palm of your hand. Bake at 300 for 8 minutes.

Frosting
Cream together butter and 1 C of p sugar till smooth add lemon extract and remaining sugar add milk if needed. You can add yellow food color for decorative cookie and pipe frosting on top of cooled cookies.
