4 boneless skinless chicken breasts
4 drumsticks or thighs
2 cups chopped carrots
1 1/2 cups chopped celery
1 1/2 cups chopped onion
1 4.5 oz can stewed tomatoes
2-3 cups rosa-marina pasta
2 tsp pepper
2 tsp garlic power
3 tsp Salt
1 tsp parsley

MEATABALLS

1 lb Ground Beef
1 egg
1/4 cup Romano Cheese
1 cup seasoned bread crumbs
Directions:
Directions:
In a large saucepan fill 1/2 way with water, add chicken and spices, boil for 15 minutes. Remove pot from heat and remove chicken to cool.
Let pot with broth cool for 15 minutes in cold place, then skim off any excess fat.
Place pot back on stove, add all veggies and bring to a boil for 30 minutes.
Bone and skin dark meat and add to white meat. Chop into large bite sized pieces and add back to boiling soup pot.
Turn to simmer and let cook for 1 hour.

Time to make the meataballs!

Mix ground beef, egg,cheese and bread crumbs together
Form tiny meatballs
Boil for 10 minutes and drain.
Add to soup for last hour of cook time

Boil pasta in separate pot for 10 minutes, (or till done). Drain and add to soup the last 1/2 hour of cooking time

Serve with a side of freshly grated cheese to sprinkle on soup and some nice warm bread or rolls
