(Mix 1)
1 c sugar
2/3 c butter

(Mix 2)
1 egg

(Mix 3)
2 1/4 c flour
1/2 tsp baking soda
1/2 tsp salt

(Mix 4)
2 T lemon juice
Rind of 1 or 2 lemons
Directions:
Directions:
Cream Mix 1.
Then add in order given
Chill dough until cool and firm.
Roll out and cut
Sprinkle with powdered sugar

Use ungreased cookie sheet

350º
12 minutes
