1/4 C olive oil
1 C chopped onions
2 cloves crushed garlic
1T chopped parsley
16 oz. cans of garbanzo or white beans
salt and pepper
1 t. sweet basil
1 t. oregano
1 C dried ditalini pasta
16 oz. broth
8 oz. tomato sauce
2 C water

* served with shredded parmesan and bread

Directions:
Directions:
In large pot, saute onions and add garlic and parsley. When softened, add beans, salt and pepper and other seasonings. Add pasta and stir well. Add the remaining ingredients and bring to a boil. Stir frequently.

Simmer.
