Cookie dough frosting:
1/2 C butter (softened)
1/2 C brown sugar
1/4 C sugar
1/2 tsp salt
3 T milk
1 tsp vanilla
1 C flour
1 C chocolate chips

Make a box of brownies and let cool.
Mix up the cookie dough and spread on brownies
