1 C. shortening
1 C. peanut butter
1 C. brown sugar
1 C. white sugar
2 eggs
1 C. flour
1 tsp. baking soda
1 tsp. baking powder
½ tsp. salt
1 C. chocolate chips
1 C. raisins
1 C. oatmeal
1 C. chopped walnuts
1 C. coconut

Directions:
Directions:
Blend shortening, peanut butter, brown sugar, sugar, and eggs. Combine the flour, baking soda, baking powder, and salt. Mix thoroughly. Stir in the remaining ingredients. Bake at 350º about 15 minutes.
