2 c flour
1 c butter
1 c cottage cheese
pinch salt
1 tsp vanilla

Jam or jelly of your choice

Directions:
Directions:
Mix the flour and butter in a mixer until blended, then add in cottage cheese.
Add in salt and vanilla, then roll out the dough, half at a time.
Cut out rounds or ovals, and place a dab of jelly in the center before folding cookie over and crimping shut.
Set on a lightly oiled pan to bake.
