3 cups flour
½ tsp. salt
1½ tsp. baking soda
8 fluid oz. salad oil
4 eggs
13 fluid oz. evaporated milk
1 tsp. vanilla
1 jar (10 oz.) Baker Poppy Filling
1 cup chopped nuts


Directions:
Directions:
Sift dry ingredients together, add all liquids and mix until smooth. Add Baker Poppy Filling and nuts; mix on medium speed for 2 minutes.

Turn batter into greased and floured 10” tube pan. (I used a bread loaf pan also). Bake at 350 degrees for 1 hour or until cake tester comes out clean. Cool cake 5-8 minutes before removing from pan.

Filling:
Cream 1 large package of cream cheese with about 1 cup crushed pineapple. Slice cake and spread filling in between.
