MEATBALLS:
2 eggs beaten
1 cup dry bread crumbs
1/3 cup minced fresh parsley
1/3 cup ketchup
2 Tbsp. finely chopped onion
2 garlic cloves, minced
½ tsp. salt
¼ tsp. pepper
2 pounds ground beef

SAUCE:
1 can (16 ounces) whole-berry cranberry sauce
1 bottle (12 ounces) chili sauce
1 Tbs. brown sugar
1 Tbs. prepared mustard
1 Tbs. lemon juice
2 garlic cloves, minced

Directions:
Directions:
In a large bowl, combine the first nine ingredients. Add beef and mix well. Shape into 1-inch balls. Place in an ungreased 15x10x1” baking pan. Bake, uncovered, at 450 degrees for 8-10 minutes or until no longer pink. Transfer with a slotted spoon to a slow cooker or chafing dish. Combine sauce ingredients in a saucepan; simmer for 10 minutes, stirring occasionally. Pour over meatballs. Serve warm
