2 cups red wine or apple juice
2 cups beef stock
2 packages onion soup mix
One roast 2 to 4 lbs

sauce
2 cans whole mushrooms
2 tbs corn starch
Directions:
Directions:
Mix first 3 ingredient in the pot
Add roast
Cook on high pressure for 1 hour

Remove roast
Set Instant Pot to saute
Mix mushroom liquid with starch and add
Cook to desired consistency
Add mushrooms and sliced beef
Warm through.
