1 lb. frozen peas
salt to taste
dash onion powder
2 - 4oz. cans mushrooms -m keep juice
1 pint 1/2 and 1/2
2 Tbsp. flour
2 Tbsp. water

Directions:
Directions:
Cook frozen peas in mushroom juice just until done. Pour on 1/2 and 1/2 & heat.

Thicken with flour & water.

Season with onion & salt.

This recipe is from my Mother-in-law, Rita Farwell. It is so rich, we only have it once a year, at Easter.
