1 cup Miracle Whip
6 cups, cubed, peeled potatoes
1 cup chopped celery
3/4 cups chopped onion
1/2 tsp. salt
1/8 tsp. pepper
1/4 cup sugar to taste
1/2 cup pickle relish
1 Tbsp. vinegar
3 tsp. prepared yellow mustard
1/2 tsp. celery seed
small amount of chopped green pepper and grated carrot

Mix everything together without breaking up potatoes
