1 yellow cake mix
20 oz. can crushed pineapple
1 cup sugar
1 large reg. vanilla pudding
Medium Cool Whip container
1 bag shredded coconut
Directions:
Directions:
Make cake mix according to directions on box and bake in 13x9" pan. After baked, poke holes in it with fork. Heat pineapple and sugar in saucepan until it dissolves, then pour over cake. Make pudding (not instant) according to directions on box. Cool about 5 minutes and then spoon on cake. Refrigerate. Before serving, ice with Cool Whip and shredded coconut.
