1/2# butter
1/2# sugar
1# flour
1 whole egg
2 egg yolks
1 tsp. vanilla

Directions:

Mix everything together to form dough.

Roll out about 1/4" thick

Cut out with circular cutter (like the edge of a shot glass).

In half of the cookies, cut out the center with a smaller circular cutter

Bake at 350º until just beginning to brown.

Put marmalade on the solid cookies and top with the holed ones.
