1/2# flour
1/4# butter
1/4# sugar
6 cooked egg yolks put through a ricer.
1 whole uncooked egg

Directions:
Directions:
Mix flour, butter & sugar by rubbing together until it looks like coarse corn meal.

Add riced egg yolks and blend.

Add whole gg and work dough until smooth.

Roll out and cut with little cookie cutter.

Dip top in slightly beaten egg white then in ground nut/sugar mixture.

Bake at 350º until nits on top of cookies are lightly brown.
