The Cake

1 Box yellow cake mix

1 packet instant vanilla pudding

1 Egg

2/3 cup veggie oil

1/3 cup water

8oz sour cream

1/2 cup brown sugar, packed

1 teaspoon ground cinnamon

2/3 cups pecans, chopped

Glaze:

1 cup confectioners sugar

2 Tablespoons milk

1/2 teaspoons vanilla

Directions:
Combine the first 5 ingredients in a mixing bowl, beat at medium speed with mixer.

In a separate bowl, combine sugar, cinnamon, and pecans

Pour half the batter into a greased 13x9x2 pan, sprinkle half of sugar mixture over top.

Pour the remaining batter, top with remaining sugar mixture, and gently swirl with a butter knife.

Bake for at 350 for 30-35 minutes.

Make glaze by blending ingredients with mixer, and drizzle over hot cake
