Crust: One roll of Sugar Cookie dough. Strawberry Pie Glaze 8 oz. cream cheese 1 c powdered sugar Bananas (about 2) 1 can Crushed pineapple 1 can mandarin oranges 1 pint strawberries kiwi (1 or 2) 1 pint blueberries
1st layer: Cookie base, bake 10 minutes or until golden brown. Let cool. 2nd layer: Mix 1 pkg. 8oz. cream cheese and 1 c. powdered sugar. Spread on cookie base. 3rd layer: Sliced bananas.(about 2) 4th layer: Strawberry glaze 5th layer: Drained crushed pineapple 6th layer: Mandarin oranges (drained) 7th layer: Fresh sliced strawberries,kiwi and blueberries. For best results don't substitute fruits.
