6 chicken breasts
3-4 cups Cornflake crumbs
1 ½ cup Flour
2 eggs
½ cup Milk
¾ cup Canola oil
Salt
pepper

Directions:
Directions:
1. In a shallow bowl, mix eggs and milk. Add salt and pepper to flour in another shallow bowl.
2. Heat canola oil in frying pan.
3. Dredge chicken in egg mixture, then flour, then in egg, then in cornflake crumbs. Place chicken in frying pan.
4. Fry 3-4 minutes a side, or until golden brown.
5. Bake at 325 for 30 min.
