1 ½ cup graham crackers, crushed
¼ to ½ cup sifted confectioners’ sugar
6 tablespoons melted butter
1 teaspoon cinnamon

Blend all ingredients and pat crumb crust into greased pan. Chill crust
 

Cream Cheese Layer
Ingredients:

2 eggs
¾ lb soft cream cheese (12 oz)
½ cup granulated sugar
1 tsp vanilla
1 tsp lemon juice
½ tsp salt
Cinnamon
Directions:
Directions:
1. Preheat oven to 375 degrees
2. Beat eggs. Add cream cheese, sugar, vanilla, lemon juice, and salt. Blend well.
3. Pour over crust. Bake for 20 minutes. Remove from oven and dust top with cinnamon.
4. Let cool to room temperature
 

Sour Cream Layer
Ingredients:

1 ½ cups thick cultured sour cream
2 tablespoons sugar
½ tsp vanilla
1/8 tsp salt

1. Preheat oven to 425 degrees.
2. Blend sour cream, sugar, vanilla, and salt and pour over cake.
3. Bake for 5 minutes. Let cool then refrigerate for 6-12 hours before serving.
