2 layers of uncooked crust
1 cup white sugar
˝ cup of brown sugar
2 tablespoons cinnamon
6-8 apples, peeled and sliced

Directions:
Directions:
1. Preheat oven to 400 degrees.
2. Press one layer of crust into a pie pan and poke ventilation holes with a fork
3. In a bowl, mix sugars, cinnamon, and apples.
4. Cover with last layer of crust and poke holes again.
5. Bake for 15 minutes at 400 degrees and then lower heat to 300 degrees for 45-60 minutes or until crust is golden and crispy.
