3-4 lb Rump Roast
Oil
Pepper
Garlic Salt
1 lg Onion
2-3 Beef Bouillon Cubes
1 Bay Leaf

Directions:
Directions:
Sprinkle pepper and garlic salt on the roast.
Add oil to dutch oven and brown roast on all sides.
Slice onion and add to the roasting pan
Add water about ½ way up the roast.
Add bouillon cubes, bay leaf.

Cook on the stove at a simmer approximately 2 hours for a 3-4 pound roast.
Thicken gravy with flour. Put the flour and water/some of liquid from pan into a jar and shake the jar. Slowly add the thickened liquid to the pan and slowly stir to incorporate, so no lumps.
