8 cups shredded cabbage
½ cup grated carrots
½ cup sliced green onion
2 Tbsp chopped parsley
DRESSING:
1 cup mayonnaise
¼ cup sugar
1 tsp celery seed
¼ tsp salt
¼ tsp Freshly ground pepper
½ cup lemon juice




Directions:
Directions:
1. Dressing: In large bowl combine mayonnaise, sugar, celery seed, salt and pepper. Stir with a wire whisk. Gradually whisk in lemon juice.
2. Stir cabbage, carrots, onion and parsley into dressing. Toss until well coated. Refrigerate at least 4 hours or overnight.
