3 CUPS SUGAR
3 CUPS FLOUR
¼ TSP BAKING SODA
1 CUP SOUR CREAM
½ TSP VANILLA EXTRACT
½ TSP ALMOND EXTRACT

CREAM BUTTER
ADD SUGAR, EGGS (ONE AT A TIME), BEATING AFTER EACH EGG
MIX BAKING SODA AND SOUR CREAM IN A SEPERATE BOWL
ALTERNATE FLOUR AND SOUR CREAM INTO BUTTER MIXTURE
BEAT UNTIL SMOOTH
STIR IN VANILLA

POUR INTO GREASED TUBE PAN

BAKE IN COLD OVEN AT 300º FOR 1½ HOURS OR UNTIL DONE
