2 cups brown sugar
4 eggs
2 sticks + 2 Tbsp margarine
1/2 cup cocoa
1/2 cup sour cream
1/2 cup buttermilk
1/2 tsp salt
2 tsp baking soda
2 1/2 cups flour
1 tsp vanilla

FROSTING:
1/2 cup margarine
1/2 cup brown sugar
1/2 cup milk
2 1/2 cup powdered sugar (more or less to make it thick enough to spread)
Directions:
Directions:
Combine the first 10 ingredients. Spoon onto cookie sheet. Bake at 400º until done.
For frosting:
Boil the first 3 ingredients. Add the powdered sugar. Mix together and frost the baked cookies.
