1ounce of dry yeast
1TBSP sugar
1 TBSP lukewarm water

1 C. lukewarm water
1/2 C. sugar
1/2 C melted butter
3 eggs beaten
4 cups of sifted flour

Directions:
Directions:
Mix yeast,1 T. sugar and 1 T. water and dissolve. Let set for 5 minutes.

then add 1 C. of water, sugar, butter, eggs beat. then add 1 cup of flour at a time and mix.
Beat throughly and refrigerate over night .

Take out of refrigerator and leave dough out to come to room temp approximately
one hour.
Roll out 1/3 of the dough into pie shape circle. Cut into16 pie shaped pieces use a pizza cutter. Roll from large end into present shapes. Place on lightly greased cookie sheet with the end of the cresent underneath.
repeat with the remaining dough . Let rise for 2 hours. Grandma put them in the sun.
Bake 375 degrees 8 minutes .

I had a hard time using just the one Tbsp of water to dissolve the yeast. I used one half of the cup of water. but only total of 1 cup 1 T. water in recipe.
