1 cup fruit (raspberries, strawberries, mixed berries)
¼ - ½ cup water

1 small package jello

1 8 oz package cream cheese
½ c sugar
1 tsp vanilla
1 tsp lemon juice

1 cup cream OR 1 cup evaporated milk

1 package graham crackers - crushed

Directions:
Directions:
Put fruit and water in sauce pan and bring to a boil - then add package of jello, mix, and cool.

In a bowl, beat together cream cheese, sugar, vanilla, and lemon juice until smooth. Add cream OR evaporated milk. Stir in fruit and water mixture.

In 8x8 pan, put crushed graham crackers on bottom for a crust. Pour mixture on top of crust.

Refrigerate 3-4 hours
