1 egg
1 C sugar
1/2 C Coconut oil
1 t baking soda
2 t cram of tartar
1/4 t ground nutmeg
1/4 t salt
2 C flour
3/4 C sweetened condensed milk

Directions:
Directions:
Mix all ingredients except flour. Add enough flour to make a rollable dough...about 2 C. Roll out dough to 1/2 inch thick. Cut with round biscuit cutter and sprinkle with sugar.

350 degrees for 8-10 minutes.

The coconut oil gives it a nice flavor. If you would rather can use equal amount of shortening.
