1 box soda crackers (saltines)
1 qt milk, warmed
1/2 lb butter
1 1/2 c. chopped celery
1 1/2 c. chopped onion
6 eggs, beaten

Directions:
Directions:
Crush saltines--not too fine--into large bowl.
Add warm milk and let soak for about 1/2 hour.

Meanwhile saute onions and celery in butter slowly for about 1/2 hour til slightly brown.
Add fresh ground pepper to taste.

Mix onions and celery with saltines and add beaten eggs.
Add salt to taste.
If desired, add poultry seasoning to taste.

Can be cooked separately in greased baking dish for 1 hour at 350º
