1 c. softened butter
1 ½ c. sugar
2 eggs
2 tsp vanilla extract
2 c. flour
⅔ c. cocoa powder
¾ tsp baking soda
¼ tsp salt
1 c. white chocolate chips
1 c. butterscotch chips
½ c. pine nuts
2 tbsp chia seeds

Directions:

• Beat butter, sugar, and eggs until creamy, then add vanilla
• Combine flour, cocoa, baking soda, and salt together; stir into butter mixture
• Mix in chips, nuts, and chia seeds (or whatever else you have floating around in your cabinet)
• Bake at 350º F for 8-10 minutes

On a whim one day, I decided I wanted to make cookies, and used up the end bits of some random things I had in my baking cabinet, and out came these Junk Cookies! My favorite part is the chia seeds because they add a little crunch to your perfectly baked cookies!
