Ingredients:  
1 lb. butter
1 c. sugar
1 c. powdered sugar
2 egg yolks
4 c. flour
2 c. chopped apricots
3 c. chopped pecans

Directions:
Directions:
Beat butter and sugars until creamy
Add Egg yolks
Stir in flour
Mix in apricots and pecans

Refrigerate 1/2 hour
Scoop balls the size of walnuts
bake at 400º 10-15 minutes

Roll in additional sugar while still slightly warm
