1 dozen eggs
4c milk
2tsp salt
8-10 slices of bread (cubed with crust off)
2c shredded cheddar cheese
1tsp dry mustard
1lb booked bacon, sausage or ham

Directions:
Directions:
Spray pam on a 9x13 casserole dish.
Combined eggs, milk, sale and dry mustard.
Layer in the meat, cubed bread, and cheese.
Pour mixture into casserole dish and let refrigerate overnight.
The next morning, preheat oven to 350 degrees.
Bake uncovered for 40 minutes (or until the center is set).
